These terms cover the apps buildgremlin makes, starting with iPdf, and this website. By downloading or buying an app, you agree to them.

Who we are

buildgremlin is run by Avadhesh Singh, an individual based in India. You can reach us at support@buildgremlin.com.

Using iPdf

• iPdf is free. You can use it on any number of Macs, for personal or work use.
• iPdf Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks extra tools. One license is for one person, on the Macs they use.
• Please don’t resell, share or publish license keys, or redistribute iPdf.

Buying iPdf Pro

Purchases are handled by our reseller, Polar, which processes the payment, charges any sales tax and sends your receipt and license key. Polar’s terms also apply to the payment. Refunds are covered on our Refunds page.

Prices can change, but a price change never affects a license you already bought. Your license keeps working for the version of iPdf you bought it for, along with its updates. If a future major version is ever sold separately, we’ll say so clearly before you buy it.

Your files

iPdf works on your Mac. It saves new files next to the originals and never changes or uploads the originals. Still, keep backups of files that matter: like any software, iPdf can have bugs.

No warranty

Our apps are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data or lost profits. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in question.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters, we’ll mention it on this site.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute goes to the courts of India. This doesn’t take away any consumer rights you have where you live.
